Rodger S. Questin, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist · California PSY 31181
I have been providing psychotherapy since 2013. My practice is built around people who carry a heavy operational load — servicemembers, veterans, and the families who absorb the second half of that load without a uniform.
Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. I am not going to sit silently and wait for you to fill the space. We will figure out what is and is not working, and build something you can actually use between sessions.

How I think about this work
Most people arrive at therapy after they have already tried to solve the problem themselves, usually for a long time, and often successfully in every other domain of their life. That is worth respecting rather than pathologizing.
My job is to help you see the parts of the pattern you cannot see from the inside, and then to give you something concrete to do about them.
