In-network

I am in-network with TRICARE and TriWest, and I see patients referred through the VA Community Care Network (CCN). If you are coming through a CCN referral, bring the referral number and I will handle the rest.

Out-of-network

I accept patients using out-of-network benefits and provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Ask your plan two questions before you start: what percentage of an out-of-network outpatient mental health visit they reimburse, and whether a deductible applies first.

Self-pay

• Individual session — $235
• Couples session — $250
• A limited number of sliding-scale slots are available. Ask.

Cancellations

Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged $160. Insurance does not reimburse late-cancellation or no-show fees, so this amount is your responsibility regardless of coverage.
